幸好我是MIS ANALYST

今天我终于见识到JIM少骂人的功力了!
故事背景是这样的:
他们最近刚搬家,
自然就把他们的STREAMYX从旧家TRANSFER去新家。
那个STREAMYX是WALLACE的名字。
结果WALLACE就请了两天假,
去MENARA TM申请换地址和呆在家等他们搞定那些电话LINE。
今天,
他们才发现他们的资料依然没被UPDATED。
他们依然不知什么原因上不到网。
JIM就打电话去投诉了。
部分金句如下:
J:Good evening, I am Leong, Leong See Hoe.
i want to make a report regarding to my streamyx problem.
I have applied to changed my address TWICE since last week,
but until now my address in not being updated.
MAY I KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?? (语气75%)
讲下讲下,
那OPERATOR应该就答应JIM明天会有人CALL他来FIX那些CABLE。
J: Will ur staff call me tomorrow to confirm when will they come to fix my problem?
Operator: Yes
J: I DONT THINK SO. According to my previous experiment,
there are no people contact me to transfer my line,
and i need to CALL and CALL again to reconfirm when they will come.
So, can you PROMISE me now they will contact me?(语气90%)
JIM的结尾词,
J:After this talking, i feel that TM service center is VERY TERRIBLE.
I am not saying you, but is TM's service problem. Can you put a remarks there, and report to your BOSS or MANAGEMENT LEVEL regarding to this? If you still cant find a solution for me, i think i will cancel my service. (语气:爆灯)
J: Anyway, may i know who is on the line?
Operator: Fadilah.
J: What is your staff ID?

.
.
大家不要忘了,
如果FADILAH要打小人,
那个小人的名字会是LEONG SEE HOE。
如果我是fadilah,
我先会用我的烂拖鞋,
一直打那小人的烂嘴巴。
突然很同情WALLACE。
他的嘴这几天会无端端仲吗?
也很同情FADILAH。
谁叫你不小心接到JIM的电话咩?
所以,
如果大家要做CALL CENTER,
以下的公司千万能避就避:
H字头的银行,
C字头的银行,
S字头的上网公司,
M字头的电话公司,
因为这些公司和jim息息相关的。
